Visitors can now read the latest news on Scottish history, heritage, archaeology and genealogy all on one easy to navigate site. The website also includes in-depth features written by leading historians and archaeologists on all aspects of Scotland's past, providing additional editorial to that featured in every issue of both History Scotland and Scottish Memories magazines.'

The easy-to-use website is also a growing archive of personal memories, providing visitors with the chance to read the recollections of others and submit their own stories of days gone by. 'The website provides the perfect platform for visitors to share their memories of the past,' Matt Hill said, 'complementing the hugely popular Scotland Remembered pages in every issue of Scottish Memories, and providing a vital record of the country's modern history.'
