On Saturday 19th November, from 7pm till late at the CCA in
Glasgow, there will be a feast of spiritual music featuring
ScreenHi has been working in collaboration with
Ceòl is Craic for a number of years (most notably with
FilmG and Glasgow Film Festival) and this promises to be a really
exciting event. A unique evening showcasing three epic new
collaborations with choirs, orchestras influenced with psalm
singing and also Carmina Gadelica collaborating with some
surprising guests from the pop world!
Acts include Ricky Ross with a chorus from Glasgow Gaelic
Musical Association, Gaelic Psalm singing, Gillebridge and Mairi
MacMillan, Govan Gaelic Choir, Dancehouse and Mairi Morrison.
Ceòl is Craic is a monthly Gaelic club taknig place
at the CCA in Glasgow. Every month there are conversation drop-ins,
screenings, talks and a unique musical event.
